For Connections

If you no longer would like to be connected with another Organization, click on the action dropdown to the right of your Connection and select Deactivate.

To reactivate a previously deactivated connection, you can click on Reactivate in the action dropdown which will trigger a new connection invitation. The invited party will need to accept your invitation to reactivate the syncing. Once the syncing is re-established, the connection will show up as payment and invoice recipient option.

For Manually Added Contacts

For all your manually added connections, you can remove the connection by clicking on Remove in the action dropdown. Please note that this might cause transactions associated with this contact to become unlabeled. We recommend establishing a Connection to keep a consistently labeled record of transactions.
