Bank account linking for fiat operations is supported for bank accounts from our supported currencies list. You can also connect and withdraw funds to an external digital wallet (e.g. exchange account, digital wallet, etc.)

Connected Accounts can be used to withdraw, deposit, or receive funds. Only users with the Org Owner role have permissions to add or remove a bank account from the Organization. You can link two types of accounts:

  • Bank Account - Allows you to transfer funds to and from your Mural account. Specifying a default bank account also enables you to receive directly into your bank from a Connection. Before adding a bank account, you need to submit your Identity Verification.

  • Digital Wallet - Allows you to easily move funds between your Mural accounts and off-platform digital wallets.

Add an Account

  1. In Accounts > Connected Accounts, click on + Add Account and then select the type of account to link.

  2. Select the currency that your bank account supports. Depending on the selected currency, we support adding bank accounts via Plaid or Manual Linking.

  3. Once completed, you will see the account listed. Now you are ready for Withdrawing, Depositing, or Receiving via the linked Bank Account.

Using Bank Pull Deposits

Mural Pay allows you to connect your bank account through Plaid to enable a direct pull from your bank account (ACH Pull).

Delivery time: 1 day AFTER initiating the pull from bank
Limit: $50,000 USD per transfer (as of December 2024)

Here are the steps to get started.

Step 1 - Go to your Accounts Page

Step 2 - Select "Bank Account"

Step 3 - Select your currency of choice

Step 4 - Select the "Log In" option to connect your bank account via Plaid

Step 5 - Now, you will be able to deposit funds by pulling funds from bank. Please ensure that you select the bank account you have just connected via Plaid when going through the deposit flow under the "FROM" section:
