Connected Accounts
Bank account linking for on and off-ramping is supported for bank accounts supporting the following currencies: USD, EUR, COP, ARS, CAD, AED, AUD, CHF, GBP, HKD, MYR, NZD, PHP, PLN, and THB. You can also connect and withdraw to an external digital wallet (e.g. exchange account, self-custodial wallet, etc.)
Connected Accounts can be used to withdraw or deposit funds (On/Off-Ramping). Only users with the Org Owner role have permissions to add or remove a bank account from the Organization. You can link two types of accounts:
Bank Account - Allows you to convert between USDC / USDT <> fiat easily on Mural. Before adding a bank account, you need to submit your Identity Verification.
Digital Wallet - Allows you to easily move funds between your Mural accounts and off-platform digital wallets.
Add an Account
In Organization > Connected Accounts, click on + Add Account and then select the type of account to link.
Select the currency that your bank account supports. Depending on the selected currency, we support adding bank accounts via Plaid or Manual Linking.
Once completed, you will see the account listed. Now you are ready for Withdrawing or Depositing Funds.
