Payment Requests

Request payments from connections for streamlined reimbursements

Payment Requests provide the capability to request payments from your connections and track fulfillment.

Payment requests can be sent in two ways:

  1. Via the Move Money dropdown's Request option

  1. Via the Request Payment option on a connection within the Contacts tab:

When creating a payment request, add the account into which you would like to receive funds as the Destination Account and optionally add a memo, tag, and attachments.

After sending a payment request, it will populate in your Transactions tab as a Pending Transaction.

You can send reminders to the recipient or void the payment request via the side panel’s settings menu.

You can also track its status in the side panel’s Status view.

Note that updates made to the memo or attachments will not be reflected on the payment request recipient's end after it has been sent.
